United Kingdom

European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

How shipping is costed

Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.
This is the most gorgeous lamp and shade combo I’ve ever seen. I added a red light bulb and it is a VIBE. The shipping was so fast, and the lamp was packaged so well as to not break. I legit couldn’t stop staring at this lamp for like 2 weeks after I set it up. So so worth it.
I have been wanting to purchase from this company for years but could not afford shipping to US. I finally caved in when this lamp was introduced and I am so glad I splurged! It may be the only thing I buy for a while, even though all of their products are absolutely beautiful! My gothic home is more complete thanks to the beauty of this lamp! I'm a frequent buyer and ADORE their baroque & gothic collections. I jumped on this as soon as I saw it come out and it did not disappoint. As usual, it arrived fast, well-packaged, and was easy to assemble. I wasn't sure how bright the lamp would be with a black shade, but it is still bright but with a touch of elegance/mystery. I'm so glad I got it and would love to see more table and wall decor in this style!
Now, this is just STUNNING! As soon as Blackened Teeth released this, it was an immediate purchase. Absolutely gorgeous lamp and couldn’t be more in love with it. Perfect size and such intriguing detail.
I will admit that i was standing in front of the lightbulb aisle for ages looking for an E26 UK bulb as it states in the description only to realise it doesn’t exist and it’s an E27 UK bulb. Just think the description had a bit of a mixed up.
