European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility, unless a Duties Paid express service is chosen at checkout.
How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.
When I saw blackened teeth were doing another wall decor item in bronze it was an instant add to basket moment. Safe to say I have no regrets for this little cutie. I also appreciate the strong hook attachment on the back! Gorgeous design and I love the detail.

This was part of my first order with The Blackened Teeth. I'd say my expectations were pretty high, but honestly this (and everything else in my order) exceeded my expectations.
I opted for bronze because I wanted it to stand out a bit on a dark wall, and it goes will with other decor I have in the room. It's really good quality, the measurements provided online are accurate and it's really easy to hang!
The order was dispatched and delivered really quickly and the parcel came well packaged with all recyclable materials.

This was one of the items in my first order from The Blackened Teeth. I absolutely love it. His tiny toes are so cute. My order was quickly dispatched and the items were very well packaged.
I recently purchased a few products from Blackened Teeth and while I was really excited about them, I was a bit disappointed with the quality when they arrived. The bat looks great in the pictures, but in person, they felt and looked cheaper than expected. I still love the design, but I was hoping for a higher-quality feel overall, especially for the price.
