Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

How shipping is costed

Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.

A fantastic find and better than I was expecting! Bought initially as an Halloween decoration (along with the Jane skull), but they are so fabulous I have decided to keep both on show all year round. Solid, heavy, and realistic.
This is a fabulous skull. I had the Jane already. But I owned John for around 2 hours before my friend took him. Solid and incredibly well made. I’ll buy another in the near future that I’ll keep for myself.

Realistic - I believe it to be as close as possible. However, like the majority of people, I have never seen a real human skull!
I also have a skull lamp from these guys and together, the look in my room is very impressive.
