Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.

It is absolutely beautiful! I have to admit it did come cracked, but I am super gluing it currently and I know that it has nothing to do with the company whatsoever.. I would still order it 100 times over. I love this black teeth company and I have ordered many times before.
Didn’t arrive , I’ve emailed a few times and have had no answer , hopefully this review gets me an answer as to why it was sent to the billing address and not the delivery address, the item was refused by the new occupier of billing address and as of now have no idea where my items are with DHL , have had no contact from blackened teeth , no explanation , no goods and no refund ?
