Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.

I wanted a skull for my home office, so I took advantage of the sale after Christmas. When it arrived I was absolutely blown away, the attention to detail, size and weight is just outstanding. It is very heavy and feels like it should be a lot more money than it actually was. Really impressed. Annoyingly, there is so much stuff on the website that I want to get.
