United Kingdom
Every courier option available for your order is shown at checkout. The Highlands, Islands and some postcodes may take longer and can carry a small surcharge; we will write to you before dispatch if this applies. A guaranteed Special Delivery can be arranged on request.
European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.
Australia
Rest of the World
Customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility, unless a Duties Paid express service is chosen at checkout.
How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.
I ordered a black Skull of Jane Doe back in the middle of November 2024. Due to a prolonged mail strike here in Canada it took quite a long time to receive my order. It was worth the wait the skull looks amazing absolutely love it. Thank you Rebecca its such an amazing piece.
It is such an impressive piece, the attention to detail on this skull is amazing just like all of the blackened teeths other creations.
I have it placed in the middle of my dining table and it makes a very striking center piece.
I waited to long to get my hands on one of these beautiful skulls, I'm very happy to of added it to my collection.
As much as I love the piece and how well the item was packed. Unfortunately, both skull pieces I ordered came with chipped teeth. Not sure how this can be prevented for any future purchases. Maybe items should be packed differently or maybe I was one of those packages that got handled roughly in transit.

Look impressive on the website but was really not expecting the wieght and detsil of the actual work of art this will be one of many I will be collecting Awesome 5 stars 👍🏻
