United Kingdom
Every courier option available for your order is shown at checkout. The Highlands, Islands and some postcodes may take longer and can carry a small surcharge; we will write to you before dispatch if this applies. A guaranteed Special Delivery can be arranged on request.
European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility, unless a Duties Paid express service is chosen at checkout.
How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.
I got this lamp from my husband for Christmas and I am absolutely over the moon with it! This is the second lamp that I own from the Blackened Teeth and the quality of these items are second to none. It is the perfect addition to my Gothic Bedroom and the Red glow compliments everything so nicely!
I'm in complete AWE! over this new addition in my home. I'm a newly wed. First year of my first marriage at 35 with four children. The placement of this lamp is in the corner of my living room. Sits next to my alter and lights up my wedding photos, trinkets and gifts. My house of 6 is in love with this lamp and that includes guests that come over. The common line given, "This lamp is so you." And that it is. I've spent so much time turning my place into a home that shows my true authentic self as well as being welcoming for others. I'm truly amazed about the craftsmanship and can not wait to add more as time goes on. I'd like to say thank you for helping me bring out what I've always wanted by your creativity and to please continue because you've made me a permanent customer to your business.
The lamp is outstanding in terms of looks. It is special. It feels special. It is definitely unique and a point of pride of one loves such decorative style as I do.
But… there’s a big problem with the what I can only assume is due to the quality of the manufacturing process. It’s immediately evident that there’s something wrong with the angle and the positioning of the skeleton with regards to the base. The torso is somewhat twisted from the hips upwards, and is in fact turned about 30 degrees to the left if one is looking at it straight on. And then there’s the tilt forward of the whole piece, from the hip to the top where the light bulb **** is fitted, which is meant to secure the structure upon which you’ll lay the lampshade on. It took a lot of fiddling and gentle bending of that wire structure, to make it straight so the lampshade is then straight in the end, as it bloody should be.
To me it’s the essentially resulting in an obvious lack of symmetry of the piece, and I’m afraid that really annoys and continues to “offend” aesthetically, when I look at it.
Considering the price of the piece, the fact that it’s not mass produced and that it was manually put together, there’s a leniency one should have and exercise.
However, it has left me disappointed and equally frustrated because I waited a considerable amount of time - expected as such - to then receive a piece that you want to love, but sadly underwhelms and always give me that constant “it’s really wonky… and it can’t be unseen… damn it…”, given the points above.
I am keeping the piece, and I did not even try to go through the process of emailing, showing pictures, and eventually even have to send it back to wait longer for whatever solution it could be given to me. My preference would be a frank conversation and the possibility to showcase how it looks. But there’s no phone contact…
Value for money is not there for me. And it pains me to write it… but it is not ok to pay and get a “wonky” piece.
I hope the problem I see isn’t replicated and felt by others, before or after my order.
The lamp and shade arrived very well packaged. All 7 items on my order are very well made beautiful additions to our home. However Christmas season ans DHL managed to break the lamp even with a full wood frame constructed inside the box. Also went out for delivery on Christmas Eve so i sat here all day and never delivered. Dec 26th all 4 boxes arrived. I reached out to Blackened Teeth over the holiday still had a response within two days. I am currently waiting on a new base that I will install as that is only broken piece.
Blackened teeth packed everything top notch. I volunteered in my original email to just get a new base to install myself. I don't want them to ear the cost of shipping a whole new lamp or paying to return this one for a simple fix.
Customer service was prompt, polite and pleasant to deal with!
