I'm rather bewildered by your review - firstly, you have not contacted us to let us know of any problems that have been incurred upon receipt of your delivery? Should any problems be incurred we fix them when notified.
Secondly, our after-sales service (by myself) answered all of your questions.
I helped by explaining that the reason your order did not get free EU shipping is because America is not in the EU. I provided you with the dispatch date. I re-sent your order confirmation email several times to the email provided on your order and advised for you to check your junk folder for it.
