United Kingdom

European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

Rest of the World
Customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility, unless a Duties Paid express service is chosen at checkout.
How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.
This candle is quirky and well detailed. I really don't want to use it I love it so much! I love the colour and it goes well with my other pieces. The delivery was really quick and my items came well packaged with so much care taken in how they were packed. Will be buying again from Blackened Teeth!.

I am absolutely in love with these!! So, so unique. They smell great and look gorgeous, I'm just too scared to burn them😅 Unfortunately, one of the candles were broken on the wing, but it's an easy fix so it's okay😊👍🏻.

The candle smells divine - I got the charcoal black one.
The detail on the candle is awesome and the whole concept is really unique.
My only comment is that it’s a bit small. I would’ve preferred it to be larger, but I was aware of the size and it’s definitely priced fairly.
It’s a gift for someone, so I haven’t used it, but the packaging was great - very safe and secure!
I love this candle! Both visually and smell, the only reason I took a star off is because I wish it was taller, it’s only about 5 inches. So it’s hard to see from any distance. I won’t burn it, I’m using it purely as decoration.
Smaller than I expected but really detailed nonetheless. Looks fab as a decor piece with my other bone candles and smells lovely.

Honestly this is one of the most beautiful candles ever, the smell of vanilla is sooo good and it actually made my whole room smelling like this for days without even lighting it. One of the best candles I’ve ever bought no doubt.
Service and packaging all good, the candle is much smaller than expected so quite disappointing. The product is good quality though.
