European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility, unless a Duties Paid express service is chosen at checkout.
How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.

Got this with a few other pieces to add to my living room gallery wall. Thought this piece was a great small filler and the gold colour really pops against my dark wall. Very happy with it!
I did blacken the keyhoele to add more depth. Then styled it in a vintage black baroque frame. Just lovely.
This baroque lock wall plaque is absolutely stunning for the price paid, it's a quality piece. I admit I struggled on the colour choice, I eventually went with black gold, but I just know I will be back to purchase the gold version as well in the near future as it also looks just as beautifull!
It’s okay, but has a significantly cheaper look & feel than on the website photos. The gold is a cooler shade and the colour looks flat, the item lacks texture. I was able to improve it with some DIY but I’d not buy it again.
As always, another gorgeous piece that was carefully packaged and now hangs proudly near my Heart Locket! Love it!!
