United Kingdom
Every courier option available for your order is shown at checkout. The Highlands, Islands and some postcodes may take longer and can carry a small surcharge; we will write to you before dispatch if this applies. A guaranteed Special Delivery can be arranged on request.
European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility, unless a Duties Paid express service is chosen at checkout.
How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.
The mirror looks stunning amongst the other items I have from The Blackened teeth, everything compliments each other.
Small and cheap, mirror is not even glass it’s plastic and it’s not even cut evenly to match the hole of the frame. It’s Home Goods or TJ Max quality. Very disappointing for the price.
I looked globally for a stunning Sacred Heart to create as a tree topper, and this beauty is absolutely gorgeous. The cour is a beautiful gold vintage look the mirror is extremely light almost plastic and at first I wasn’t short to think but now I really love it because you could drop it and it won’t break. I added Gould Chinese chopsticks to achieve the desire look.
Really nice, arrived quickly and looks lovely. Based on my experience, I recommended the site to others who like the broad range of items they sell.

Gorgeous and timeless mirrors , gives a perfect touch
This is an amazing mirror. Originally, I didn’t want to order it. I wanted the smaller one and had ordered the previous model. I received an email that they had sold out and asked if I wanted to be refunded or upgraded to the larger. I agreed to be refunded as I didn’t like the first model. When this new model came out, I immediately ordered it as it’s much nicer. Unfortunately, it came broken. I reached out and they were very accommodating in replacing it. They shipped out a new one and I got it within a week. The new one was perfect. The company is fantastic! Great customer service! I’ll continue to buy from them!
Absolutely stunning mirror, I bought it for my daughter, it is such good quality she is over the moon with it. Have fo say I want one now .
Overall, I like the piece but it arrived with some spots that were missing black paint.

Oh Wow!! Thats what I thought when I opened this box. The Regina Mirror is definitely a beautiful piece. It came packaged well and I really love this mirro - might have to get another to go with it! You just won't be disappointed with anything you buy from these guys!
The mirror is misty and distorted so you can barely see your reflection in it. Beyond disappointed
Hi Brahms, the mirror is supplied with a protective film over the mirrored surface to prevent scratches during transit. The misty/distorted appearance you’re seeing is the film rather than the mirror itself. Once this is peeled away, the reflective surface underneath should be clear. We hope that helps!

I bought this mirror after seeing it at a friend's house. It unfortunately arrived broken but after contacting customer support they reshipped another mirror out, arriving super fast! I will say not every mirror looks exactly the same. The one my friend has, has a larger mirror and mine is more hardware with a smaller heart. Not a problem when its from a small business with good quality.
